About Us

We are a mother-daughter duo, but also best friends that share a mission to help other women feel their best. We realize that physical strength doesn’t only train the body and the mind, but teaches us emotional resilience and gives us the power to take control of the roles we play in our lives outside of the gym.

ANG

Yes, that’s me on the tricycle. Being an elementary school teacher keeps me young at heart. My passion for teaching little humans has expanded to wanting to teach and help as many women as I can take control of their fitness goals. I started my fitness journey over 30 years ago… doing all the wrong things. My story is like many other women out there right now in that I’ve tried every fad diet and every exercise craze over the years to achieve a “toned” look. Finally, in 2023 and at 53 freaking years old, I realized that the combination of strength training and the use of macros to manage my nutrition was the answer I’d been searching for. Now, 2.5 years later in 2025, I am finally feeling in charge of my health and fitness and I want to help you feel that way too!!

My mission is to help other women realize…

  • It is NEVER too late or a bad time to start.
  • We CAN increase our longevity with muscle mass.
  • We CAN maintain our mobility as we age.
  • We CAN feel even stronger in our 40s, 50s, and 60s than we did in our 20s.
  • We CAN build mental strength and clarity through strength training.

Don’t spend your last 10-20 years of life watching others do all the things you wish you could do. It’s time to take control of your mind and body and I’m here to help you!

LEX

I want to help young women my age develop healthy habits that will shape how they see themselves for rest of their lives.

Through Online Coaching, of course we can target muscle groups within the body. But what really lights my lamp is shaping our relationship with food, exercise, and most importantly, accountability to ourselves.

When I tell myself I’m going to do something, I want to believe it. I’ve learned through fitness that that kind of credibility has to be earned, and the most valuable thing a coach can do is help you prove to yourself that you are disciplined enough to achieve your goals.

Whatever you want to call me – a coach, friend, workout cheerleader – I hope to help you build indestructible mental toughness and an absolute dump truck while we’re at it.

PS: Don’t knock the recumbent bike until you try it. Super fun…even if I look like part of a sad circus act.
